Istanbul Royal Hotel

Location was great, close to public transport and shopping areas. Daily room cleaning kept things tidy. Beautiful lobby area added a nice touch to the atmosphere. The hotel felt dated. The carpets were worn and could use a refresh. Breakfast options were limited and the coffee quality was disappointing. Room amenities were basic. I missed having a kettle for convenience. Although some staff members were friendly, others seemed indifferent, which affected service at times.

It is a cozy hotel with spacious reception areas and delicious breakfast options for a good start to the day!

This hotel is great, and has great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy lounge area. During my first visit, the staff helped with early check-in, made a positive impression. I'll definitely come back for another stay next year.

Great view from the room and a lovely rooftop bar with fantastic cocktails. Convenient location in the heart of the city, close to several tourist attractions. the breakfast included a good selection of options.

The rooms were small and quite outdated, with stained carpets and old furniture. the service was slow in the restaurant and some of the staff were quite rude.

They were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring that our needs were met in a timely manner. The hotel also offers car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry services, which added to our convenience. The room amenities were impressive, with features like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The comfortable sitting area and terrace added to the overall luxury and comfort of our stay.
